On principle, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges solely for the convenience of the customer (ex. ordering the wrong size). Please keep this in mind before purchasing. However, we can accept returns and exchanges if the following terms and conditions are met.
■Exchange at the customer's convenience (only if the size does not fit)
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of entire exchange process; that includes the return of the product and shipping the exchanged product. Please send the item with prepaid shipping. If it is sent via cash on delivery (COD), we will charge that shipping fee later. Within 7 days after the item arrives, please contact us from the inquiry form to let us know that you'd to exchange it. Please be sure to include your name, order number, product number, size, and color, and attach the image of you wearing the item. Please ship with prepaid shipping within 5 days after you receive a reply from us. We may not be able to accept your request after the reception period. When the product arrives at our company, we will check the condition of the product and start the exchange procedure. At that point, we will inform you about the cost of exchange, including the shipping fee.
In addition, please note that we may not be able to accept exchanges if we determine that we cannot sell the product again due to the condition of the returned product.
We do not accept exchange of products under the following conditions:
・ If we are not contacted via the inquiry form within 7 days after the item arrives.
・ Products with "Not eligible for exchange" on the sales page.
・ Special prices, discounted products due to campaigns, sale products, outlet products (excluding defective products)
・ Used products, or products that have been repaired, washed, or cleaned
・ If the product tag, label, or accessories are lost
・ If the returned product (including packages and accessories) is damaged, soiled, or lost. ・ When the package is opened for a product whose package is a part of the product
・ If the product has odors, stains, scratches, or wrinkles caused by the customer.
・ Products purchased at a physical store.
・ We do not accept exchanges for other products. If the replacement product is out of stock and cannot be prepared, we will simply refund the you for the cost of the item.
・The refund window does not apply for mail-order sales. Mail-order sales that allow customers to consider purchasing at their will are not covered. Please keep this in mind.
If you contact us within 7 days after the item arrives, we can accept it. Please note that we will not be able to respond if more than 8 days have passed since the item arrived.

■ Refund due to product defects
We pay close attention to quality control, but in the unlikely event of damage or malfunction, we will replace or repair it within 7 days from the date of arrival.
